EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Will Luscombe
President
The President is responsible for overseeing communication and collaboration between committee members, both executive and general, MONSU, the Monash Business School and other student societies. In this role, the President will often assist social and professional teams in their operational tasks, in addition to leading and motivating all committee members.

Jessica Matchett
Vice President
This role involves providing the President with assistance required, ensuring all tasks are completed to the fullest potential. The Vice President will often lead orientation weeks, ensure all committee members have equal and fair tasks to complete, collaborate with the marketing director and team, in addition to following-up sponsorship progression.

Laura Arnold
Secretary
In this role, the Secretary works closely with the Society’s governing body regarding the Society’s financial position and the completion of administrative tasks, assisting with the organisation and marketing of events. The Secretary also oversees the induction and mentoring program for first year students, and records minutes for all meetings.

Lachlan Borg
Treasurer
The Treasurer is responsible for guiding the short- and long-term financial stability of the Society. In this role, the Treasurer will establish provisional budgets for all upcoming events and monitor the Society’s income and expenses through liaising with Monash University, suppliers and venue coordinators regarding the Society’s financial movements.

Jaymin Patel
Professional Director
This role predominately involves establishing and managing relationships with all professional firms, in addition to creating sponsorship packages. As a Stream Director, they are responsible for managing their team and ensuring that tasks are delegated equally and fairly, in addition to monitoring their performance and collaborating with the executive team.

Fergus Ewart
Social Director
It is the Social Director’s role to facilitate the organisation of all social events for members of BCSS Caulfield in order to create fun and vibrant student experiences. They are responsible for delegating tasks to Social Officers in an equal and fair manner, in addition to communicating progress with the executive team.

Juliette Doyle
Marketing Director
The Marketing Director is responsible for creating content for all BCSS Caulfield’s platforms, being proactive in doing so. They are responsible for organising all merchandise for committee members and orientation week, in addition to establishing campaigns for all upcoming events. This requires frequent collaboration with the Professional and Social Directors.

Baxter Landers
ASSISTANT TREASURER
Within the Society, it is the Social Officer’s duty to assist the Social Director in their role. They are responsible for ensuring constant and clear communication with venues and suppliers, in addition to efficient planning being conducted prior to social events. It is their responsibility to aim for more vibrant student life.

Joseph Wignall
Professional assistant director
The team of Professional Officers are responsible for assisting the Professional Director with tasks during the course of the year. This may include creating sponsorship packages, establishing and maintaining relationships with firms, organising professional events for students and brainstorming ways the Professional Stream can grow and develop in future years.

Ben McDougall
Social officer
Within the Society, it is the Social Officer’s duty to assist the Social Director in their role. Catherine Cardamone
Social officer
Within the Society, it is the Social Officer’s duty to assist the Social Director in their role. They are responsible for ensuring constant and clear communication with venues and suppliers, in addition to efficient planning being conducted prior to social events. It is their responsibility to aim for more vibrant student life.

Anatole Dutrieux
Social officer
Within the Society, it is the Social Officer’s duty to assist the Social Director in their role. They are responsible for ensuring constant and clear communication with venues and suppliers, in addition to efficient planning being conducted prior to social events. Ava Orrico
Visual Designer
In this role, the Visual Designer manages all design work for the Society. The Visual Designer will take creative control over campaign creative content for the Society’s events, collaborating with the Marketing Director and Stream when required. In addition, they are responsible for creating marketing collateral.
